Congratulations on the article!  After a couple long ago trips to Eastern Europe where I couldn&#039;t find any food (who knew some people put beef in borscht?!?!?) I was scared to go back.  It&#039;s lovely to know things have changed. 
I think I need to get me some travel guides at the library for some spring time travel planning- or just day dreaming.</description>
