can I make the images any larger?
That is my question. Hold on. I will try.
Is that good? I’ll get the hang of this yet!
This is Max. He is the companion of the woman who runs the residency. He is fondly called Honey Bunny. It is great that I get to visit with such a nice fellow while here.

June 24th, 2009 at 11:31 amWell, just meeting people has been amazing! Hungarians seem to be very warm and welcoming. I have enjoyed not being a tourist–that is, not just going to museums and spas and such, but experiencing more daily activities of Hungarians like eating at Beata’s house, going to a party and Museum Night, seeing artist studios, etc. The food is great too!
June 24th, 2009 at 11:40 amI am here for three weeks until July 9th. I have enjoyed eating vegan versions of Hungarian food at a place near my apartment. My favorite word to say is something Hungarians say when saying goodbye. Sometimes instead of doing the double kiss on the cheeks the way many Europeans do, they just say the word for the kisses. The equivalent to exclaiming “Kisses!” when you walk out the door. However the Hungarian for these kinds of cheek kisses translates to a dirty word in English and there is a lot of silliness surrounding that knowledge.
